01Definitions

Primary Member. The individual who purchases the Subscription Membership and signs the Membership Agreement. The Primary Member is the only individual authorized to print a physical membership card and make changes to the account — including adding/removing Designated Individuals, changing billing information, and modifying billing preferences.

Designated Individuals. Individuals listed on the Subscription Membership for its term. By adding a Designated Individual, the Primary Member agrees to these terms on their behalf and remains liable for their actions.

Member. An individual who holds a Subscription Membership.

Event. Occurs when a signed event agreement exists and at least 50% payment toward the event has been made.

Flex Package. A 2-bay setup booked during Black hours only.

Event Confirmation. Occurs when a signed Event agreement exists and at least 50% payment toward the Event has been made.

Event Execution. The date the applicable Event takes place.

02Membership Terms

Lifetime Membership requires a one-time charge of $5.00 where applicable, subject to the terms in this agreement.

Subscription Members authorize TeeTime or its agent to charge the designated Payment Card for Subscription Membership fees plus applicable taxes. If auto-renew is selected, charges occur on the applicable Payment Date — monthly, every six (6) months, or annually. If a Subscription Membership is not renewed prior to its renewal date, it will automatically convert to a Lifetime Membership (player's card). If the Payment Date falls on a date not contained in the applicable payment month, the charge will occur on the last day of that month.

03Subscription Membership Benefits

TeeTime reserves the right to choose which Subscription Membership benefits are available to each membership category. Certain menu items may be excluded from the Black membership discount at TeeTime's sole discretion at any time.

04Subscription Membership Categories

TeeTime+. A shared membership for 1–6 Designated Individuals. Cost varies depending on the number of Designated Individuals and the selected plan.

Each Subscription Membership is valid for one (1) TeeTime bay for up to six (6) players, at any one (1) TeeTime venue, at any one (1) time. Designated Individuals must be present with their guests at all times and check in using their mobile number and a valid photo ID. Other individuals may not check in as a Designated Individual; however, any individual may use the membership by presenting the physical active membership card shared by the Primary Member.

05Payment Cards

Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, or VISA or MASTERCARD check cards (must bear the applicable logo). TeeTime may place a temporary pending charge (typically 3–7 days) to verify your billing address and card validity. Pending charges will not be converted into an actual charge.

06Payment

You are solely responsible for any fees charged to your Payment Card by its issuer, including overdraft, insufficient funds, and over-limit fees.

If a Subscription Membership is paid for by the member's employer, the employer holds the right to the Subscription Membership if the member is no longer employed, for any reason, through the end of the paid term.

07Suspension / Termination

TeeTime may suspend or terminate your Subscription Membership at any time for breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately surrender your membership card and remain liable for all unpaid dues. No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid if TeeTime terminates your membership.

08Default

If you default on any payment due under this Agreement, TeeTime may declare all future payments immediately due and payable.

09Changes to Policies, Facilities & Programs

TeeTime may introduce new venues, amend policies, or modify Subscription Membership fees at any time, with prior email notice of fee changes. Continued membership after an effective change date constitutes acceptance of the new fees. TeeTime reserves the right to suspend, modify, or end the Subscription Membership without prior notice in its sole discretion.

10Hours of Operation

TeeTime may make reasonable changes to days and hours of operation at any time. TeeTime reserves the right to sell out the entire venue for a private event. All members will be notified up to one (1) week in advance of a venue buyout.

1120% Preferred Pricing on Events

Valid for 6-month and Black Club Membership plans. Requires the Member to be active and in good standing at both Event Confirmation and Event Execution. Excludes food and beverage. Events are subject to revenue minimums, advance payment, and a signed Event agreement. TeeTime reserves the right to void preferred pricing if total discounts in any given term exceed three (3) times the value of the applicable Membership.

12Picture Identification / Sign In

TeeTime may request your photo upon joining for internal purposes. Designated Individuals check in using their unique mobile number and a valid photo ID. Members may not share their mobile number with others to grant access to Subscription Membership benefits. Members must be in good standing to be eligible for Subscription Membership benefits.

13Waiver

Your use of TeeTime venues is undertaken at your sole risk. You agree you are voluntarily participating in activities and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss — including loss or theft of personal property.

You expressly release and discharge TeeTime, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or connected with TeeTime services or venues — except to the extent any claims result directly from TeeTime's negligence.
14Safety

By playing at any TeeTime venue, you agree to abide by all posted safety rules, including:

  • Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions. Use common sense to protect yourself and others.
  • Players must hit from the mat. No running starts or movement of feet from the mat during a swing.
  • Only the player taking a turn is allowed near or on the mat. All others must stand behind the red line.
  • Aim for the targets at all times. Hitting balls over the boundary netting is prohibited.
  • Throwing golf balls is prohibited.
  • Only dispense and hit one golf ball at a time.
  • Players under 16 must be supervised by a player 21+ at all times. After 9 PM, anyone under 18 must be supervised by a player 21+.
  • All players must stay behind the red line at all times. Take extra care when playing from upstairs bays.
15Violation of Rules & Regulations

All players must comply with TeeTime rules and regulations and all applicable alcoholic beverage control laws. Failure to comply may result in (1) suspension of all Subscription Membership privileges or (2) revocation of all Subscription Membership privileges. TeeTime reserves the right to amend rules and regulations at any time.

16Injuries

You must immediately report any accident or injury at a TeeTime venue to a staff member, and provide a written report from your doctor within a reasonable time if requested by TeeTime.

17Dress Code / Personal Conduct

Appropriate clothing and footwear is required at all times. Bare feet are not permitted anywhere at TeeTime. Inappropriate, foul, or lewd language or behavior will result in suspension of your Subscription Membership.

Players must follow the instructions of TeeTime staff and conduct themselves in a well-mannered fashion so as not to cause disturbances or interfere with the safe enjoyment of TeeTime by other players.

18Damage to Facilities

You agree to pay for damage to TeeTime equipment, premises, and third-party property caused by you or your guests through careless use, intentional acts, or negligence.

19Temporary Closure

TeeTime may temporarily close venues in its sole discretion for any reason, including inclement weather. Players must immediately comply with announcements and staff instructions regarding weather-related stoppages.

20Early Termination
a) By TeeTime

TeeTime may terminate this Agreement for breach of terms, conditions, policies, or regulations, or without cause with ninety (90) days prior written notice.

b) By Primary Member

The Primary Member may terminate the Subscription Membership at any time through the online Membership Portal. If auto-renew is enabled, termination must occur no later than seven (7) days before the next Payment Date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

21Limitation of Liability
Recovery for any breach of this Agreement by TeeTime is strictly limited to the amount you have paid under the applicable Subscription Membership. Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, and consequential damages are not available as a remedy.

23Reselling of Membership Benefits

Memberships may not be used for resale, advertising, or promotion. All Events must be booked through the TeeTime sales team. Third-party logos, trademarks, or trade names may not be displayed in contracted private event spaces without prior written approval. Event signage must be in Times New Roman font and may not include logos, symbols, or pictures.

24Golf Lessons at TeeTime

Golf lessons may not be provided by any golf professional or individual who is not a TeeTime instructor.

25Marketing Communications & Consent

By creating an account, making a purchase, or providing contact information, you agree that TeeTime LLC may send promotional and marketing communications including emails, text messages (SMS), and other communications regarding offers, events, and updates.

You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. For SMS, reply "STOP" to any message. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. TeeTime may still send transactional or service-related communications which cannot be opted out of.

26Miscellaneous
a) Non-Waiver

No waiver of any provision constitutes a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver.

b) Assignment

TeeTime may assign this Agreement provided the assignee assumes TeeTime's obligations. Members may not assign their membership to another person.

c) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Venue is the District Court of Jasper County.

d) Invalid Provisions

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

I have read, understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies of this Membership Agreement. I understand that the assumption of risk, waiver, and release of all claims provisions remain in effect throughout my membership, during any interruption, and upon reinstatement. This Agreement is the entire agreement — no verbal or other agreements have been made to alter its terms.
